About me
Shilpa has over 20 years of experience in education as a teacher, school leader, leadership coach, and a customer success leader in edtech startups. She has worked with innovative ed tech companies and districts all over the United States. She is the Head of Customer Success at Scrible, and has presented all over the state of Utah to teachers, librarians, district, and state leaders. Shilpa actually used Scrible in her classroom as an educator -- so she has first hand knowledge of the struggles teachers face in their class when it comes to teaching research and writing. She is a bookworm at heart, and passionate about teaching students how to be literate in a digital age.
