About me
Sharla received her Bachelor of Science in Theatre Arts from Southern Utah University in 2001. She has experience working both behind the scenes and on stage at the Utah Shakespeare Festival, where she performed in their educational tour of MacBeth. In 2020, she completed her coursework for a secondary teaching license at Utah Valley University. For the past five years, she has developed the theatre arts program at Lone Peak Elementary and worked with classroom teachers to facilitate deep learning and retention through theatre arts integration.
