Sarah Roundy has worked for the Department of Health and Human Services for 21 years focusing on School health and wellness. She has served in various leadership roles such as the President of SHAPE Utah, Utah Healthy Schools Coalition, and was the director of the Gold Medal Schools program. Sarah is passionate about educating and creating healthy school environments and policies that will last a legacy for generations.
