About me
Nicole DellaRocco is a Senior Account Director at Panorama Education, where she partners with state and district leaders across the country to support student success through data-driven practices. In her role, Nicole works closely with organizations like the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) helping them use Panorama’s tools to advance whole child initiatives, improve school climate, and strengthen family and community engagement.
Before joining Panorama, Nicole served at the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, where she supported districts and institutions of higher education across the state in their continuous improvement efforts. With more than a decade of experience in education, Nicole brings a deep understanding of how to turn insights into impact at scale. She is passionate about building strong, collaborative relationships with educators and system leaders, and supporting them in making meaningful, lasting change for students.
