Meagan Johnston, Program Manager for the Statewide Online Education Program (SOEP), is a dedicated advocate for student choice and equitable access to education. With 17 years of experience teaching in both traditional and online settings for the public education system, and as an Assistant Professor at Utah State University, she is committed to supporting all SOEP stakeholders with a clear understanding and guidance of the program. Her rural upbringing fuels her passion for the diverse opportunities SOEP offers.
