About me
Lisa Wisham, M.Ed., is a Senior Research & Evaluation Associate and School & District Improvement Specialist at the Utah Education Policy Center (UEPC). For the past eight years, she has worked with the UEPC team to provide on-site and virtual support, data collection, leadership coaching, and capacity building for school, LEA, and community partner teams throughout the state. In addition, Lisa has worked closely with state partners and local out-of-school-time program administrators and staff to conduct program evaluations and provide capacity building services around collecting and using timely data for continuous program improvement. Before joining the UEPC, Lisa was an Education Specialist at the Utah State Board of Education (USBE), where she managed statewide competitions for federal and state grant funds to support out-of-school-time and community partnership programs. Lisa has served on the Board of Directors of the Utah Afterschool Network for the past 13 years and is currently the Board Chair.
