Our team is led by Aspen Florence and Amy Steele-Smith. Aspen is an expert trainer and consultant specializing in educator resilience, behavioral interventions, systemic well-being initiatives, and PBIS implementation. She is passionate about equipping educators with the tools they need to eliminate fake supports for educators and build resiliency and educator wellbeing. Alongside her is Amy Steele-Smith, MBA, CSW, SSW, an educational leader with over 21 years of experience in at-risk and minority populations, school safety, and crisis response. Amy works to build safe, supportive learning environments. Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to help educators and organizations thrive.
