It’s show time! Introducing Utah’s very first interagency website on postsecondary transition: Utah Transition Elevated, newly launched in August of 2024! Learn about this comprehensive resource that serves as a “one stop shop” for everything related to preparing youth with disabilities for adult life. Utah Transition Elevated supports efforts to improve services and outcomes for youth. There is something for everyone - parents and families, youth, community partners and educators. You name it, we’ve got it - employment, education, independent living, healthcare – the list goes on. Bring your own device to dive into all the rich content and tools available to add to your toolkit of resources.
