This session will focus on the vital role of compassion and hope in creating a positive and thriving school culture. Educators face challenges every day, but through fostering a compassionate and hopeful environment, staff can not only improve their well-being but also significantly impact student success and resilience. Participants will explore practical ways to integrate these principles into their interactions with students, colleagues, and the broader school community.
