About me
Christy Fitzgerald has worked in schools with diverse student populations for the majority of her career in various roles including Superintendent, principal supervisor, principal, curriculum director, instructional coach, and best of all classroom teacher! She has a passionate belief that relationships are the key to success in any role in education. She is completing her doctorate in Organizational Leadership with her dissertation focused on principal decision-making and culturally responsive leadership practices in highly indigenous schools.
